En premier lieu, Jean-Philippe Galand exposera les effets de l\u2019IA sur l\u2019enseignement dans les Universit\u00e9s (pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques, pr\u00e9paration des futurs professionnels, int\u00e9gration des avanc\u00e9es de la recherche). Il soulignera les moyens \u00e0 notre disposition pour former de futurs professionnels \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre des utilisateurs passifs, mais capables de d\u00e9velopper des solutions innovantes pour l&rsquo;entreprise et en m\u00eame temps limiter ou tout au moins contr\u00f4ler cette utilisation dans le cadre actuel des \u00e9valuations de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences. Les risques et b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des outils IA dans la p\u00e9dagogie et sur le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;enseignant dans ce nouvel \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif hybride seront mis en discussion. En second lieu, Julien Cloarec exposera les multiples fa\u00e7ons dont l\u2019IA peut transformer les pratiques de recherche en sciences de gestion. Un panorama des IA utilis\u00e9es en recherche sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et il sera discut\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on dont elles r\u00e9pondent (ou non) \u00e0 nos probl\u00e9matiques de chercheurs. L\u2019(in)ad\u00e9quation de la plupart des usages de l&rsquo;IA avec le travail de recherche sera mise en d\u00e9bat pour enfin souligner que, contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;illusion d&rsquo;une d\u00e9mocratisation v\u00e9hicul\u00e9e par certains acteurs, l&rsquo;IA ne fait qu&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la perte de sens du m\u00e9tier de chercheur. Cette table ronde propose une r\u00e9flexion crois\u00e9e entre trois disciplines \u2013 informatique, gestion et droit \u2013 pour analyser les d\u00e9fis et opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les intervenantes exploreront les \u00ab&nbsp;dystopies&nbsp;\u00bb actuelles, mettant en lumi\u00e8re les dangers et difficult\u00e9s pos\u00e9s par l\u2019IA. Claire Marzo (droit) abordera les tensions entre droit et intelligence artificielle, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019augmentation, d\u2019ali\u00e9nation et de remplacement des humains, ainsi que les h\u00e9sitations des l\u00e9gislateurs et des tribunaux. Jessica Hoffmann (informatique) analysera les biais algorithmiques et leur instrumentalisation par les IA, ainsi que les biais de confiance des humains envers ces IA. Enfin, Agathe Fonsagrives (management) s\u2019int\u00e9ressera aux d\u00e9rives proc\u00e9durales, aux impacts psychologiques et sociaux de l\u2019IA, en s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019exemple du recrutement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un second temps, la discussion portera sur les \u00ab&nbsp;(e)utopies&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les pistes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour un usage plus \u00e9thique et \u00e9quitable de l\u2019IA. Jessica Hoffmann explorera les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019une construction algorithmique favorisant la d\u00e9mocratie. Agathe Fonsagrives discutera des principes de justice proc\u00e9durale applicables \u00e0 l\u2019IA, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019explicabilit\u00e9, de respect de la vie priv\u00e9e et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 interpersonnelle. Si l\u2019on admet que l\u2019av\u00e8nement de l\u2019intelligence artificielle constitue un changement de paradigme social, alors il convient de l\u2019interroger. Romain Laufer propose de voir dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019IA l\u2019\u00e9volution ultime d\u2019un syst\u00e8me rationnel l\u00e9gal qui se verrait, dans son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, d\u00e9pourvu de syst\u00e8me de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et donc de base de r\u00e9solution des conflits. En montrant que les usages de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative peuvent d\u00e9passer ceux auxquels nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 accoutum\u00e9s, Pascal Le Masson montre que l\u2019on peut questionner les limites de la machine et en m\u00eame temps la rendre \u00ab\u00a0plus intelligente\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui n\u00e9cessite d\u2019inventer entre autres de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers pour bien g\u00e9rer l\u2019IAGen.
